The Office of Cannabis Management in New York State has announced a recall of various cannabis products due to health risks associated with pesticide contamination. The recall specifically affects multiple adult-use cannabis products manufactured by IndoGrow, which are sold at licensed dispensaries across the state.
These products were initially quarantined after questions arose regarding the validity of testing results from a previously approved laboratory. Subsequent re-testing revealed that nine product lots contained unapproved pesticides, which could harm public health.

Dispensaries and distributors are required to halt the sale and distribution of these items immediately. Additionally, these products may be marketed under different names such as Indi, Grow by Indi, Our Creation, and Grow with Us.
Consumers who have purchased these products are encouraged to report any adverse effects or incidents related to their use. The Office of Cannabis Management has provided a platform for consumers to submit their reports, ensuring that any health issues can be monitored and addressed effectively.
