A 30-year-old man from York City has been charged with drug offenses following a police search that uncovered substantial quantities of cocaine and cannabis in his residence. Jordan Jaleel Crews is accused of distributing these illegal substances after law enforcement executed a search warrant at his home on Edgar Street on May 15.
During the search, officers reportedly found several thousand grams of cannabis, along with bulk amounts of cocaine. In addition to the drugs, the police seized a digital scale, packaging materials typically used for distribution, and thousands of dollars in cash, indicating potential drug sales.
Crews is currently being held on a bail amount of $75,000 and has been booked into York County Prison. A preliminary hearing for his case is set for July 21, where further legal proceedings will take place to address the charges against him. The incident highlights ongoing issues related to drug enforcement in the area.
