Tyto informace poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z p\u0159\u00edkazu k souhlasu, kter\u00fd vydala agentura MCA a v n\u011bm\u017e jsou podrobn\u011b pops\u00e1na tato poru\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K incidentu do\u0161lo v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2023, kdy registrovan\u00fd agent, identifikovan\u00fd jako S.C., p\u0159evzal p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 168 gram\u016f kv\u011bt\u016f konop\u00ed. \u00da\u0159ad MCA zjistil n\u011bkolik poru\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00fdch se spole\u010dnost PharmCann dopustila, v\u010detn\u011b toho, \u017ee kr\u00e1de\u017e nenahl\u00e1sila jak \u00fa\u0159adu MCA, tak st\u00e1tn\u00ed policii st\u00e1tu Maryland v po\u017eadovan\u00e9 lh\u016ft\u011b jednoho pracovn\u00edho dne. Krom\u011b toho spole\u010dnost PharmCann poskytla zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed informace o odchodu agenta a tvrdila, \u017ee nesouvis\u00ed s kr\u00e1de\u017e\u00ed nebo diverz\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spole\u010dnost PharmCann tak\u00e9 p\u0159esn\u011b nesledovala likvidaci ukraden\u00fdch kv\u011bt\u016f konop\u00ed ve st\u00e1tn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed od semen po prodej, zn\u00e1m\u00e9m jako METRC. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed poru\u0161en\u00ed pat\u0159ily odchylky od vlastn\u00edch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch protokol\u016f spole\u010dnosti t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se likvidace zelen\u00e9ho odpadu a neozn\u00e1men\u00ed MCA o okolnostech ukon\u010den\u00ed \u010dinnosti agenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edkazu k souhlasu ze dne 12. b\u0159ezna 2025 se uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci spole\u010dnosti PharmCann byli sv\u011bdky toho, jak agent bere kv\u011bt konop\u00ed, a pozd\u011bji ho na\u0161li v jeho sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ce. A\u010dkoli intern\u00ed dokumenty ozna\u010dovaly tento \u010din jako \"kr\u00e1de\u017e\", spole\u010dnost PharmCann se jej sna\u017eila popsat jako \"zpronev\u011bru\" a tvrdila, \u017ee produkt nikdy neopustil jej\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MCA zjistil, \u017ee tato jedn\u00e1n\u00ed poru\u0161uj\u00ed z\u00e1kon o reform\u011b konop\u00ed v Marylandu a souvisej\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159edpisy. Spolu s pokutou ve v\u00fd\u0161i $17 500 je spole\u010dnost PharmCann povinna uhradit n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkazu k ud\u011blen\u00ed souhlasu.
