Rodina Vidovicov\u00fdch se dostavila ke korunn\u00edmu soudu v Ipswichi, kde prob\u011bhlo sly\u0161en\u00ed podle z\u00e1kona o v\u00fdnosu z trestn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160edes\u00e1tilet\u00e1 Paula Vidovicov\u00e1 a jej\u00ed 25let\u00e1 dvoj\u010data Bradley a Brendan se p\u0159iznali, \u017ee v obdob\u00ed od 2. kv\u011btna 2020 do 31. srpna 2021 dod\u00e1vali konop\u00ed. Dvoj\u010data se rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159iznala k p\u0159echov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed majetku poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho z trestn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, zat\u00edmco Brendan Vidovic se p\u0159iznal k pran\u00ed \u0161pinav\u00fdch pen\u011bz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u0159\u00edjnu 2022 soud Bradleyho a Brendana odsoudil k 30 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016fm v\u011bzen\u00ed. Paula dostala trest odn\u011bt\u00ed svobody v d\u00e9lce 21 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, kter\u00fd byl podm\u00edn\u011bn\u011b odlo\u017een na 24 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. B\u011bhem ned\u00e1vn\u00e9ho sly\u0161en\u00ed vy\u0161lo najevo, \u017ee Paula Vidovicov\u00e1 nep\u0159ich\u00e1zela do p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho kontaktu se z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, ale byla zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za p\u0159\u00edpravu jedl\u00e9ho zbo\u017e\u00ed, zat\u00edmco jej\u00ed synov\u00e9 se starali o prodej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soudce David Wilson poznamenal, \u017ee rodina Vidovicov\u00fdch fungovala jako jeden celek a sd\u00edlela povinnosti v dom\u00e1cnosti. V d\u016fsledku toho soud vypracoval pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho ob\u017ealovan\u00e9ho dva finan\u010dn\u00ed \u00fadaje: \u00fadaj o \"prosp\u011bchu\", co\u017e je celkov\u00fd finan\u010dn\u00ed zisk z jejich trestn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, a \u00fadaj o \"disponibiln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stce\", kter\u00fd ud\u00e1v\u00e1, kolik mohou re\u00e1ln\u011b splatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161e d\u00e1vky Brendana Vidovice byla vy\u010d\u00edslena na 60 563,35 GBP a bylo mu na\u0159\u00edzeno, aby do t\u0159\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f vr\u00e1til 10 291,12 GBP, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nespln\u011bn\u00ed t\u00e9to povinnosti mu hroz\u00ed \u0161estim\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed trest odn\u011bt\u00ed svobody. Bradleyho v\u00fd\u0161e d\u00e1vky \u010dinila 48 190,00 GBP a ve stejn\u00e9 lh\u016ft\u011b mus\u00ed splatit 27 514,32 GBP, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e mu hroz\u00ed, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nespln\u011bn\u00ed povinnosti bude odsouzen k dvan\u00e1ctim\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edmu trestu odn\u011bt\u00ed svobody.
