Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie Kolumbijsk\u00e9 univerzity upozor\u0148uje na znepokojiv\u00fd trend: m\u00edra u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed konop\u00ed b\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed stoup\u00e1, stejn\u011b jako m\u00edra poruch zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm konop\u00ed (CUD) u t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een. CUD je definov\u00e1na jako stav, kdy se jedinci sna\u017e\u00ed zdr\u017eet u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed konop\u00ed, i kdy\u017e to vede ke zdravotn\u00edm a soci\u00e1ln\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm pro n\u011b samotn\u00e9 nebo jejich okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci analyzovali m\u00edru CUD v letech 2015 a\u017e 2020 a zam\u011b\u0159ili se na 893 430 t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een ve v\u011bku 12 a\u017e 55 let, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Na tuto skupinu p\u0159ipadalo celkem 1 058 448 t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. Studie zjistila, \u017ee ro\u010dn\u00ed prevalence diagn\u00f3z CUD, identifikovan\u00fdch prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm k\u00f3d\u016f Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed klasifikace nemoc\u00ed, se pohybovala od 0,22% v roce 2015 do 0,27% v letech 2018 a 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studie se rovn\u011b\u017e odvol\u00e1v\u00e1 na dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy, podle nich\u017e se spot\u0159eba konop\u00ed mezi t\u011bhotn\u00fdmi \u017eenami v USA podle vlastn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f zv\u00fd\u0161ila z 1,5% v roce 2002 na 5,4% v roce 2020. Z nov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f z let 2015 a\u017e 2021 vyplynulo, \u017ee na z\u00e1klad\u011b studie, kter\u00e9 se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 4 338 t\u011bhotn\u00fdch pacientek, uvedlo u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed marihuany v posledn\u00edm m\u011bs\u00edci p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 6% t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci sice p\u0159ipustili ur\u010dit\u00e1 omezen\u00ed sv\u00e9 studie, jako je mo\u017enost, \u017ee administrativn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed \u00fadaje mohou podhodnocovat diagn\u00f3zy CUD v d\u016fsledku nejednotn\u00fdch screeningov\u00fdch postup\u016f, zd\u016fraznili v\u0161ak, \u017ee jejich zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed maj\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdznam. Silvia Martinsov\u00e1, hlavn\u00ed autorka studie, uvedla, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu hlub\u0161\u00edho pochopen\u00ed faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke vzniku CUD u t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een, a v\u00fdznam diagnostiky a l\u00e9\u010dby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tato studie byla publikov\u00e1na v \u010dasopise American Journal of Preventive Medicine.
