Rozhodnut\u00ed vydal 25. \u010dervence 2017 okresn\u00ed soudce v Carson City James Todd Russell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 byla schv\u00e1lena na za\u010d\u00e1tku m\u011bs\u00edce, oprav\u0148uj\u00ed st\u00e1t ud\u011blovat licence n\u011bkter\u00fdm maloobchodn\u00edk\u016fm k p\u0159eprav\u011b marihuany od p\u011bstitel\u016f do maloobchodn\u00edch prodejen. C\u00edlem tohoto opat\u0159en\u00ed je zabr\u00e1nit nedostatku nab\u00eddky pro maloobchodn\u00edky s konop\u00edm v Nevad\u011b, kter\u00e1 od legalizace zaznamenala rychl\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst popt\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soudce Russell se postavil na stranu st\u00e1tn\u00edch regula\u010dn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f, kter\u00e9 tvrdily, \u017ee tato pravidla jsou nezbytn\u00e1 pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f z prodeje marihuany. St\u00e1t tvrdil, \u017ee bez t\u011bchto p\u0159edpis\u016f by maloobchodn\u00edci mohli \u010delit naru\u0161en\u00ed dod\u00e1vek, co\u017e by mohlo po\u0161kodit rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se trh s konop\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento pr\u00e1vn\u00ed spor vych\u00e1z\u00ed z ustanoven\u00ed v z\u00e1kon\u011b o legalizaci marihuany, kter\u00fd voli\u010di schv\u00e1lili v listopadu a kter\u00fd stanov\u00ed, \u017ee prvn\u00edch 18 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po legalizaci mohou marihuanu p\u0159epravovat pouze velkoobchodn\u00edci s alkoholem.
