WSWA vyz\u00fdv\u00e1 Kongres, aby v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm n\u00e1vrhu z\u00e1kona o zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed vyjasnil p\u0159edpisy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se kanabinoidn\u00edch produkt\u016f z konop\u00ed. ABL doporu\u010duje, aby st\u00e1ty omezily prodej t\u011bchto v\u00fdrobk\u016f na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed podniky s alkoholem, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e dlouho dodr\u017euj\u00ed v\u011bkov\u00e1 omezen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zpr\u00e1va z roku 2023 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch p\u011bti letech bude konop\u00ed pravideln\u011b u\u017e\u00edvat t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o 20 milion\u016f osob v\u00edce, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje pro alkoholov\u00fd sektor obrovskou v\u00fdzvu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V listopadu doporu\u010dila obchodn\u00ed skupina pivovarnick\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu uvalit na konop\u00ed a konopn\u00e9 produkty feder\u00e1ln\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148 a navrhla, aby byla vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na v\u0161echny alkoholick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky. Reprezentant James Comer (R-KY) kritizoval ne\u010dinnost \u00da\u0159adu pro kontrolu potravin a l\u00e9\u010div (FDA) v oblasti regulace a polo\u017eil si ot\u00e1zku, zda by k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed regulace konop\u00ed byly zapot\u0159eb\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 byrokratick\u00e9 zdroje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V reakci na neexistenci feder\u00e1ln\u00edch pravidel st\u00e1ty jako Kalifornie a Florida nov\u011b definuj\u00ed sv\u00e9 z\u00e1kony t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se spot\u0159ebn\u00edch konopn\u00fdch produkt\u016f. Zat\u00edmco se pozornost soust\u0159edila na omamn\u00e9 zbo\u017e\u00ed, feder\u00e1ln\u011b leg\u00e1ln\u00ed podniky s CBD \u010del\u00ed tak\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 kontrole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zat\u00edmco se Kongres chyst\u00e1 znovu \u0159e\u0161it zem\u011bd\u011blskou legislativu, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zaznamenali rozpory mezi z\u00e1konod\u00e1rci, pokud jde o politiku v oblasti konop\u00ed.
