Navrhovan\u00fd z\u00e1kon o prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed konop\u00ed v Binghamtonu z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po sv\u00e9m zaveden\u00ed v nejistot\u011b. O legislativ\u011b, jej\u00edm\u017e c\u00edlem je regulovat neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed prodej konop\u00ed ve m\u011bst\u011b, mus\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b hlasovat m\u011bstsk\u00e1 rada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starosta Jared Kraham p\u0159edstavil z\u00e1kon o prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed 22. \u0159\u00edjna 2024 v n\u00e1vaznosti na n\u00e1r\u016fst prodeje konop\u00ed bez licence, v\u010detn\u011b ned\u00e1vn\u00e9ho incidentu na ulici Court Street, kter\u00fd vedl ke zdravotn\u00ed krizi. V dubnu pracovn\u00edci donucovac\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f z \u00da\u0159adu pro spr\u00e1vu konop\u00ed st\u00e1tu New York (OCM) zabavili neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed konopn\u00e9 produkty ze spole\u010dnosti Maryam's Taste of Halal, co\u017e vyvolalo n\u011bkolik n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv nezletil\u00fdch osob v nemocnici. Kraham vyzval radu, aby p\u0159ijala z\u00e1kon, kter\u00fd by m\u00edstn\u00ed policii umo\u017enil proti takov\u00e9mu neleg\u00e1ln\u00edmu prodeji zakro\u010dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
