Tento po\u017eadavek vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z obav, \u017ee l\u00e9ka\u0159i p\u0159edepisuj\u00ed konop\u00ed s obsahem THC dosahuj\u00edc\u00edm 98% bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stanovisko AMA navazuje na konzultaci \u00da\u0159adu pro l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky (Therapeutic Goods Administration, TGA) o sd\u00edlen\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00fdm re\u017eimem. AMA ve sv\u00e9m pod\u00e1n\u00ed zd\u016fraznila pot\u0159ebu p\u0159ehodnotit klasifikaci l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f z konop\u00ed a vyzvala k \u00fapln\u00e9mu odstran\u011bn\u00ed kategorie 5, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje p\u0159\u00edpravky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 98% THC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle AMA p\u0159edstavuje vysok\u00fd obsah THC v t\u011bchto konopn\u00fdch produktech riziko a ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f chyb\u00ed d\u016fkazy, kter\u00e9 by potvrzovaly jejich l\u00e9ka\u0159skou nezbytnost. Organizace tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e1 preskrip\u010dn\u00ed praxe je v rozporu s pokyny TGA, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed zajistit, aby bylo l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 konop\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no vhodn\u011b a efektivn\u011b. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AMA tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee mnoho klinik zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00fd program a umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159edepisov\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9k\u016f, kter\u00e9 nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt v souladu se zaveden\u00fdmi l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdmi pokyny. Zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 tyto produkty s vysok\u00fdm obsahem THC p\u0159ehodnotit, aby byla chr\u00e1n\u011bna bezpe\u010dnost pacient\u016f a zaji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee konop\u00ed bude p\u0159edepisov\u00e1no na z\u00e1klad\u011b zdrav\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho zd\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AMA se zasazuje o systematick\u00e9 p\u0159ezkoum\u00e1n\u00ed konopn\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee pro pacienty budou k dispozici pouze p\u0159\u00edpravky s prok\u00e1zanou \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed.
