Navzdory sv\u00e9mu historick\u00e9mu v\u00fdznamu z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 konop\u00ed nedostate\u010dn\u011b prozkoum\u00e1no, zejm\u00e9na po desetilet\u00edch z\u00e1konn\u00fdch omezen\u00ed v mnoha zem\u00edch. P\u0159itom 21% gen\u016f bylo identifikov\u00e1no v 5-94% genomech.\n- V\u00fdzkum identifikoval variabilitu gen\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s metabolismem mastn\u00fdch kyselin a r\u016fstem, co\u017e otev\u00edr\u00e1 nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti pro selektivn\u00ed \u0161lecht\u011bn\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na zlep\u0161en\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed konop\u00ed.\n- V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zejm\u00e9na objevili strukturn\u00ed odchylky v biosyntetick\u00e9 dr\u00e1ze mastn\u00fdch kyselin, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed produkci tetrahydrokanabivarinu (THCV), kanabinoidu zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho pro sv\u00e9 potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed energizuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z genomick\u00fdch dat studie vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee dva geny souvisej\u00edc\u00ed se synt\u00e9zou kanabinoid\u016f, THCAS a CBDAS, jsou pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b pod selek\u010dn\u00edm tlakem v d\u016fsledku lidsk\u00e9ho \u0161lechtitelsk\u00e9ho \u00fasil\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho na zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed obsahu THC a CBD. Toto zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na kanabinoidn\u00ed geny vedlo ke zna\u010dn\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 variabilit\u011b mezi rostlinami konop\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z v\u00fdzkumu vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u011bkolik mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak optimalizovat p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed konop\u00ed.
