Ob\u017ealoba byla vyd\u00e1na 21. dubna 2023 za distribuci a dr\u017een\u00ed s \u00famyslem distribuovat a\u017e p\u011bt liber marihuany, prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed nez\u00e1konn\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed transakce a dr\u017een\u00ed st\u0159eln\u00e9 zbran\u011b jako zlo\u010dinec bez n\u00e1sil\u00ed. Podle dokument\u016f okresn\u00edho soudu ve Washingtonu je Miller v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b veden jako uprchl\u00fd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obvin\u011bn\u00ed se shoduj\u00ed s v\u00fdznamnou operac\u00ed org\u00e1n\u016f \u010dinn\u00fdch v trestn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se uskute\u010dnila 27. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2023, kdy m\u00edstn\u00ed policie a st\u00e1tn\u00ed policie st\u00e1tu Virginie provedly razie v n\u011bkolika obchodech s konop\u00edm, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 vlastnil Miller. Operace se zam\u011b\u0159ila na celkem dev\u011bt okres\u016f, kter\u00e9 sahaly od okresu Scott a\u017e po Roanoke. Miller\u016fv p\u0159\u00edpad p\u0159edstavuje prvn\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00e9 obvin\u011bn\u00ed majitele obchodu s konop\u00edm v tomto regionu po t\u011bchto prohl\u00eddk\u00e1ch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z dokument\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee Miller otev\u0159el p\u016fvodn\u00ed obchod Zarati v Abingdonu v listopadu 2021 a pozd\u011bji ho p\u0159em\u00edstil na m\u00edsto u d\u00e1lnice Lee Highway. \u00da\u0159ady uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee Miller nejen\u017ee vlastnil v\u00edce provozoven Zarati, ale tak\u00e9 prod\u00e1val fran\u0161\u00edzy dal\u0161\u00edm provozovatel\u016fm. Pokusy kontaktovat Millera byly ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 a v soudn\u00edch dokumentech nen\u00ed uveden \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd pr\u00e1vn\u00ed z\u00e1stupce. Prezentace jeho obchodu na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt neaktivn\u00ed nebo smazan\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podrobnosti o z\u00e1taz\u00edch z\u016fstaly utajeny, dokud nebyly o n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f pozd\u011bji zve\u0159ejn\u011bny soudn\u00ed z\u00e1znamy. Str\u00e1\u017eci z\u00e1kona provedli razie po tajn\u00fdch n\u00e1kupech, kter\u00e9 byly pozitivn\u00ed na marihuanu. P\u0159i prohl\u00eddk\u00e1ch \u00fa\u0159ady zabavily \u0159adu v\u011bc\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b zelen\u00e9ho a su\u0161en\u00e9ho konop\u00ed, hotovosti, bankomat\u016f, po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f, mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f, st\u0159eln\u00fdch zbran\u00ed, st\u0159eliva a luxusn\u00edch vozidel, nap\u0159\u00edklad dvou voz\u016f Rolls-Royce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V posledn\u00edch letech se trh s konop\u00edm v jihoz\u00e1padn\u00ed Virginii roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il i p\u0159es pr\u00e1vn\u00ed nejasnosti. V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se zv\u00fd\u0161il p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd prodej konopn\u00fdch produkt\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b po\u017eivatin, jako jsou gumov\u00e9 bonbony a su\u0161enky, kter\u00e9 nejsou regulov\u00e1ny a zdan\u011bny. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V dubnu 2023 prohl\u00e1sil gener\u00e1ln\u00ed prokur\u00e1tor Virginie Jason Miyares, \u017ee darov\u00e1n\u00ed marihuany v\u00fdm\u011bnou za jin\u00fd produkt je nez\u00e1konn\u00e9, a zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee klasifikace za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jako soukrom\u00e9ho klubu jej nevyj\u00edm\u00e1 z pr\u00e1vn\u00edho dohledu.
