V d\u016fsledku toho ji\u017e obce jako Lewes a Rehoboth Beach p\u0159ijaly z\u00e1kazy maloobchodn\u00edho prodeje marihuany, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e vyu\u017eily sv\u00fdch pravomoc\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch ze st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch st\u00e1tn\u00edch z\u00e1kon\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naproti tomu v okrese Kent plat\u00ed pro podnik\u00e1n\u00ed s marihuanou m\u00e9n\u011b omezen\u00ed, tak\u017ee je pro provozov\u00e1n\u00ed konopn\u00fdch aktivit p\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Okres New Castle, a\u010dkoli je tak\u00e9 restriktivn\u00ed, neukl\u00e1d\u00e1 tak p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 omezen\u00ed jako okres Sussex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
