V\u00fdzkum publikovan\u00fd v \u010dasopise Journal of Psychopharmacology nazna\u010duje, \u017ee zat\u00edmco v\u00fdkony v kognitivn\u00edch \u00fakolech se mezi u\u017eivateli a neu\u017eivateli konop\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neli\u0161ily, ti, kte\u0159\u00ed konop\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali \u010dast\u011bji, vykazovali slab\u0161\u00ed mozkovou aktivitu koreluj\u00edc\u00ed se z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edznaky poruchy zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm konop\u00ed a rychlej\u0161\u00edmi reak\u010dn\u00edmi \u010dasy p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edlem studie bylo zjistit, jak konop\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje mozkovou aktivitu souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s pohybem, co\u017e je oblast, kter\u00e1 je ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pozornost\u00ed a pam\u011bt\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b prozkouman\u00e1. P\u0159edchoz\u00ed studie se p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b zam\u011b\u0159ovaly na to, jak konop\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje mozkov\u00e9 funkce p\u0159i pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdch a rozhodovac\u00edch \u00fakolech, a zanechaly tak znatelnou mezeru v pochopen\u00ed jeho \u00fa\u010dink\u016f na syst\u00e9my \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed motoriky. To je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, proto\u017ee motorick\u00e9 funkce jsou z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na p\u0159esn\u00e9 koordinaci mozkov\u00e9 \u010dinnosti a jak\u00e9koli naru\u0161en\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dopad na ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci hodnotili 67 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch z Omahy v Nebrasce, kde 34 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee v posledn\u00edch \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch u\u017e\u00edvali konop\u00ed alespo\u0148 dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b, a 33 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee konop\u00ed v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b neu\u017e\u00edvali. Ob\u011b skupiny odpov\u00eddaly v\u011bkem, pohlav\u00edm a demografick\u00fdmi faktory. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci podstoupili strukturovan\u00e9 rozhovory t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se historie u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vykov\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a vyplnili standardizovan\u00e9 dotazn\u00edky hodnot\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky poruchy zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm konop\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00fd t\u00fdm pou\u017eil neinvazivn\u00ed zobrazovac\u00ed techniku magnetoencefalografii (MEG) k m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed mozkov\u00e9 aktivity b\u011bhem modifikovan\u00e9ho \u00fakolu Eriksen flanker. Tento \u00fakol spo\u010d\u00edval v ur\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed sm\u011bru centr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161ipky p\u0159i sou\u010dasn\u00e9m ignorov\u00e1n\u00ed okoln\u00edch \u0161ipek, co\u017e umo\u017enilo posoudit jak kognitivn\u00ed kontrolu, tak rychl\u00e9 motorick\u00e9 reakce. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci se zam\u011b\u0159ili na oscila\u010dn\u00ed mozkovou aktivitu ve frekven\u010dn\u00edch p\u00e1smech beta a gama, o nich\u017e je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee hraj\u00ed roli p\u0159i motorick\u00e9m pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161ichni \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci vykazovali norm\u00e1ln\u00ed vzorce mozkov\u00e9 aktivity souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s motorikou, v\u010detn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed aktivity beta a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed aktivity gama v okam\u017eiku pohybu ruky. Nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed reakce vykazovala lev\u00e1 prim\u00e1rn\u00ed motorick\u00e1 k\u016fra, kter\u00e1 \u0159\u00edd\u00ed pohyby na prav\u00e9 stran\u011b t\u011bla. P\u0159i anal\u00fdze spont\u00e1nn\u00ed mozkov\u00e9 aktivity v dob\u011b klidu v\u0161ak u\u017eivatel\u00e9 konop\u00ed vykazovali v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed gama aktivitu v lev\u00e9 prim\u00e1rn\u00ed motorick\u00e9 k\u016f\u0159e ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s neu\u017eivateli. Toto sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed bylo specifick\u00e9 pro oscilace gama, proto\u017ee u aktivity beta nebyly pozorov\u00e1ny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1va\u017enost symptom\u016f poruchy zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm konop\u00ed korelovala s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spont\u00e1nn\u00ed aktivitou gama, co\u017e ukazuje na vztah mezi m\u00edrou u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a zm\u011bnami mozkov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci se sn\u00ed\u017eenou spont\u00e1nn\u00ed aktivitou gama obecn\u011b reagovali rychleji b\u011bhem \u00fakolu flanker, zejm\u00e9na mezi u\u017eivateli konop\u00ed. To nazna\u010duje mo\u017enou souvislost mezi zm\u011bn\u011bnou funkc\u00ed mozku a rozd\u00edly v chov\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v dob\u011b odezvy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navzdory rozd\u00edl\u016fm v mozkov\u00e9 aktivit\u011b si ob\u011b skupiny vedly v \u00fakolu flanker podobn\u011b a vykazovaly pomalej\u0161\u00ed reakce b\u011bhem pokus\u016f s protich\u016fdn\u00fdmi \u0161ipkami, co\u017e je zn\u00e1m\u00fd jev ozna\u010dovan\u00fd jako efekt flankeru. \u00darove\u0148 p\u0159esnosti byla rovn\u011b\u017e srovnateln\u00e1, co\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee u\u017eivatel\u00e9 konop\u00ed mohou kompenzovat zm\u011bny v mozkov\u00e9 aktivit\u011b, aby si udr\u017eeli v\u00fdkonnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ukazuj\u00ed na komplexn\u00ed vztah mezi pravideln\u00fdm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm konop\u00ed, funkc\u00ed mozku a chov\u00e1n\u00edm.
