The New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) has announced a recall of certain products from IndoGrow LLC after they did not meet safety standards related to pesticide usage. These products, which include pre-rolls and flower, were sold at licensed adult-use dispensaries across New York state.
OCM officials confirmed that the affected products had been quarantined due to initial testing concerns at a previously authorized laboratory. Following a re-test, nine specific product lots were found to be non-compliant with safety regulations.
While there have been no reports of adverse health effects associated with the recalled products, OCM advises consumers to stop using them immediately. Customers can return the products to the dispensaries where they were purchased for a full refund, even if the items have been opened.
The recalled IndoGrow products are also marketed under various brand names, including Indi, Grow by Indi, Our Creation, and Grow with Us.
