Xiao Lin nach Verhaftung einer großen Cannabisoperation in Oklahoma angeklagt

A man named Xiao Lin has been charged in connection with a significant cannabis operation that was dismantled in Garvin County, Oklahoma. The charges follow a raid that occurred in April, where law enforcement seized nearly 17,000 cannabis plants and 115 pounds of processed cannabis. In addition to the cannabis, authorities confiscated $12,000 in cash during the operation.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, with assistance from the Garvin County Sheriff’s Office, executed the raid at a property located on North 1530 Road in Paoli. Lin faces serious charges of drug trafficking and unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, highlighting the ongoing enforcement efforts against illegal cannabis cultivation in the state.

This incident is part of a broader trend in Oklahoma, where law enforcement agencies are increasingly targeting unlicensed cannabis farms. As the cannabis industry continues to expand, regulatory compliance remains a key focus to ensure that operations adhere to state laws.
