Ihre Geschichte ist mit zahllosen weltver\u00e4ndernden Ereignissen der letzten 2.500 Jahre verkn\u00fcpft, die sie mit der gesamten westlichen Zivilisation in Verbindung bringen. (Man nennt sie nicht umsonst die Ewige Stadt.)<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man durch Rom spaziert, st\u00f6\u00dft man \u00fcberall auf eine antike S\u00e4ule oder ein Gebiet, um das herum gebaut wurde.
