This decision came as a result of various violations of the Michigan Regulatory and Taxation of Marihuana Act, which includes false packaging claims about their pre-roll products sold under the brand name \u201cAmnesia.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CRA stated that the violations involved improper labeling for marijuana vape cartridges, failure to maintain adequate records, and not conducting required safety testing. Additionally, it was found that the company added a significant amount of marijuana product to packages after they had already been tested for compliance by a licensed laboratory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These issues were discovered during an investigation triggered by an anonymous complaint received last year.
