An dieser randomisierten Pilot-Kontrollstudie, die in der Fachzeitschrift \"Drug and Alcohol Dependence\" ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde, nahmen 47 Frauen mit schubf\u00f6rmiger MS im Alter von durchschnittlich 43 Jahren teil, die ihren Cannabiskonsum reduzieren wollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Intervention erfolgte mittels transkranieller Gleichstromstimulation (tDCS), einer nicht-invasiven Technik, die die neuronale Aktivit\u00e4t durch Anlegen eines schwachen elektrischen Stroms an das Gehirn moduliert. Die Teilnehmer erhielten ein tDCS-Ger\u00e4t f\u00fcr zu Hause, das f\u00fcr 20 Minuten aktive Stimulation programmiert war, oder eine Scheinstimulation, bei der das Ger\u00e4t ausgeschaltet war. \u00dcber einen Zeitraum von vier Wochen nahmen sie an t\u00e4glichen Sitzungen teil, die per Videochat \u00fcberwacht wurden und Achtsamkeitsmeditation und Musik zur Entspannung beinhalteten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass 83% der Teilnehmer die Intervention abschlossen, was die Durchf\u00fchrbarkeit f\u00fcr Personen, die einen Ausgleich zwischen Arbeit und Ausbildung suchen, belegt. Vor allem die Teilnehmer, die eine aktive Stimulation erhielten, meldeten einen R\u00fcckgang des Cannabiskonsums um 26%, n\u00e4mlich von durchschnittlich 5,3 Tagen pro Woche auf 3,9 Tage. In der Kontrollgruppe war der R\u00fcckgang geringer, von 5,3 auf 4,8 Tage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Verlangen nach Cannabis, die depressive Stimmung und die mit dem Cannabisentzug verbundenen Unruhe-Symptome gingen bei den Teilnehmern, die eine aktive Stimulation erhielten, deutlich zur\u00fcck. Au\u00dferdem blieben diese Verbesserungen bis zu drei Monate nach Beendigung der Intervention erhalten. In der aktiven Gruppe kam es auch zu einem bemerkenswerten R\u00fcckgang der MS-Symptome, obwohl diese Vorteile bei der dreimonatigen Nachuntersuchung nicht anhielten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ergebnisse der Studie deuten darauf hin, dass die Beeinflussung der neuronalen Schaltkreise, die mit der Sucht in Verbindung stehen, ein praktikabler Ansatz f\u00fcr die Behandlung von CUD sein k\u00f6nnte, insbesondere bei Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen wie Frauen mit MS, die aufgrund des Konsums von Cannabis zur Symptombehandlung mit einer Cannabisabh\u00e4ngigkeit k\u00e4mpfen k\u00f6nnen. Die Forscher r\u00e4umten jedoch Einschr\u00e4nkungen ein, darunter die ausschlie\u00dflich weibliche Stichprobe und der spezifische MS-Subtyp der Teilnehmer. Sie betonten die Notwendigkeit weiterer Forschung, um die breitere Anwendbarkeit dieser Intervention f\u00fcr verschiedene Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen zu bestimmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In k\u00fcnftigen Studien k\u00f6nnten l\u00e4ngere Interventionszeitr\u00e4ume oder Erhaltungsprotokolle untersucht werden, um die beobachteten Vorteile zu erhalten.
