Esta presentaci\u00f3n supone un paso importante hacia el lanzamiento del nuevo mercado de cannabis para adultos de Minnesota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para crear estas normas, la OCM realiz\u00f3 varias encuestas centradas en temas clave y celebr\u00f3 reuniones con socios y partes interesadas, incluidas las oficinas de gesti\u00f3n del cannabis de otros estados. Una vez que las normas reciban la aprobaci\u00f3n formal, la OCM podr\u00e1 empezar a expedir licencias para negocios de cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director interino de la OCM, Eric Taubel, declar\u00f3: \"Nuestro calendario para lanzar el mercado de uso para adultos prev\u00e9 completar las normas a finales del primer trimestre de 2025\". Tras esta fase, se public\u00f3 un borrador formal para recibir comentarios del p\u00fablico durante 30 d\u00edas, del 13 de enero al 12 de febrero. Las normas presentadas recientemente al juez de lo contencioso-administrativo reflejan los cambios realizados a partir de las aportaciones del p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez de lo contencioso-administrativo dispone de 14 d\u00edas naturales para aprobar el proyecto de normas, aprobarlo con modificaciones o rechazarlo por completo. Una vez aprobadas, las normas definitivas se publicar\u00e1n en el Registro Estatal y entrar\u00e1n en vigor inmediatamente.
