La estructura fiscal vigente dificulta a las empresas legales competir con los vendedores il\u00edcitos, sobre todo si se tienen en cuenta las cargas de precios que soportan los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la actualidad, el sector tiene que hacer frente a un impuesto del 15% sobre la venta al por mayor para el cultivo, un impuesto especial del 10% sobre la venta al por menor y otros impuestos sobre las ventas. Esta combinaci\u00f3n aumenta r\u00e1pidamente los costes para los consumidores y hace que los productos legales sean menos competitivos que los que se venden ilegalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En respuesta a estos problemas, se ha presentado en la Asamblea un proyecto de ley conocido como AB307. Patrocinado por los republicanos de Las Vegas Danielle Gallant y Lisa Cole, el proyecto de ley pretende revisar la estructura fiscal existente para aliviar algunas de las cargas burocr\u00e1ticas de la industria del cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La legislaci\u00f3n propuesta pretende eliminar el impuesto mayorista que grava a los cultivadores, considerado uno de los costes m\u00e1s complicados y menos transparentes de la cadena de suministro. En la actualidad, el sistema de Nevada grava un impuesto del 15% basado en el \"valor justo de mercado\" del producto, en lugar del precio real que pagan los dispensarios.
