Costa Mesa se acerca a su l\u00edmite de 35 tiendas de cannabis ya que los comisionados de planificaci\u00f3n aprobaron recientemente un nuevo minorista llamado \"Green Mart\". Esta decisi\u00f3n fue tomada durante la reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Planificaci\u00f3n del 24 de febrero, donde la votaci\u00f3n fue aprobada por un estrecho margen de 3-2.
