El consejo votar\u00e1 sobre una propuesta que podr\u00eda remodelar el panorama de las operaciones comerciales de cannabis dentro de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si se aprueba, la nueva normativa establecer\u00eda un sistema por orden de llegada de las solicitudes de registro de los posibles negocios de cannabis en Albert Lea. Este enfoque pretende crear un proceso m\u00e1s organizado y justo para los solicitantes que se incorporen al mercado del cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la normativa propuesta limitar\u00e1 a dos el n\u00famero de tiendas de cannabis al por menor dentro de los l\u00edmites de la ciudad. Esta restricci\u00f3n pretende controlar la saturaci\u00f3n del mercado y mantener un n\u00famero manejable de puntos de venta de cannabis para los residentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La normativa tambi\u00e9n estipula que los nuevos solicitantes no deben tener ning\u00fan historial de pagos atrasados del impuesto sobre bienes inmuebles. Este requisito tiene por objeto garantizar que s\u00f3lo las personas o entidades financieramente responsables puedan explotar negocios de cannabis en la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n del consejo comenzar\u00e1 a las 19.00 horas y en ella se debatir\u00e1n los cambios propuestos y sus implicaciones para la comunidad.
