(NASDAQ: IMCC) (CSE: IMCC), una destacada empresa de cannabis medicinal que opera en Israel y Alemania, ha anunciado actualizaciones clave despu\u00e9s de su reuni\u00f3n general anual y especial celebrada el 23 de mayo de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la reuni\u00f3n asistieron 60 accionistas, presentes o representados, en representaci\u00f3n de 1.414.501 acciones ordinarias. Esta cifra representa el 45,84% del total de Acciones Ordinarias emitidas y en circulaci\u00f3n en la fecha de registro de la junta. Los accionistas aprobaron por unanimidad todas las resoluciones propuestas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados de la reuni\u00f3n mostraron un fuerte apoyo a los candidatos enumerados en la circular de informaci\u00f3n de la direcci\u00f3n de 31 de marzo de 2025. Fueron elegidos los siguientes consejeros con sus respectivos resultados de votos:\n- Oren Shuster: 1.061.331 votos (99,61%)\n- Moti Marcus: 953.371 votos (89,47%)\n- Einat Zakariya: 947 600 votos (88,93%)\n- Brian Schinderle: 954.424 votos (89.57%)\n- Shmulik Arbel: 1.054.377 votos (98,95%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de las elecciones al consejo, los accionistas fijaron en cinco el n\u00famero de consejeros y volvieron a nombrar a Fahn Kanne &amp; Co. Grant Thornton Israel como auditor de la empresa para el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo. Se autoriz\u00f3 al comit\u00e9 de auditor\u00eda a fijar su remuneraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los accionistas tambi\u00e9n aprobaron varias resoluciones importantes:\n- Designaci\u00f3n de los Sres.
