Dr. Shahid Rasul, a board-certified physician with over 15 years of experience in critical care and addiction medicine, presented his application during the board meeting. He plans to transform a former hair salon into a legal cannabis shop. Dr. Rasul emphasized that the dispensary will feature frosted glass windows and an interior design aimed at ensuring privacy, stating that passersby would not be able to see inside even if the door were open. The dispensary will also implement 24-hour surveillance, with footage retained for approximately 120 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
