The presence of unapproved pesticides in these products violates New York cannabis regulations under 9 NYCRR \u00a7123.6(h), warranting this recall under 9 NYCRR \u00a7133.4. OCM emphasizes that this recall is a precautionary measure; there have been no reported adverse health effects linked to these items thus far.
