Edible Brands, the company known for Edible Arrangements, is set to launch its first cannabis shop in Inman Park, Atlanta, later this summer. The announcement was made this week alongside the launch of Edibles.com, which is part of the company’s expansion into the cannabis market.
The new store will be located on North Highland Avenue, conveniently situated across from Delbar, a Michelin-recommended Middle Eastern restaurant. Somia Farid Silber, CEO of Edible Brands, confirmed that they have signed a lease for a space that is approximately 600 square feet.
According to Thomas Winstanley, executive vice president of Edibles.com, they aim to open this bodega-style shop by late summer or at the very latest, by the end of this year. The company is looking forward to contributing to the local cannabis retail landscape.
