Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Closes Illegal Marijuana Farm

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) has dismantled an illegal marijuana operation in Kiowa County. This action followed an investigation into fraudulent activities related to marijuana sales and registration. On-site at Bunny Grows, LLC in Lone Wolf, agents confiscated over 5,000 marijuana plants and more than 475 pounds of processed cannabis. Two individuals were arrested during the operation, and two others were taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The OBN’s operation was supported by the Kiowa County Sheriff’s Office and the Kiowa County Commissioners, highlighting a collaborative effort to address illegal cannabis activities in the region. This incident underscores ongoing concerns regarding compliance within the state’s cannabis industry, particularly regarding registration and sales practices. As Oklahoma’s cannabis market continues to expand, authorities remain vigilant in enforcing regulations to combat illegal operations.
