The New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) has initiated a recall of multiple adult use cannabis products manufactured by IndoGrow LLC. These products are sold through licensed dispensaries across New York State. The recall follows a quarantine due to questionable testing results from a previously authorized laboratory. A subsequent re-evaluation revealed that nine product lots contained unapproved pesticide levels, which may pose health risks to consumers.

OCM officials have instructed all dispensaries and distributors to immediately halt sales and distribution of these products. Additionally, the products may also be marketed under names such as “Indi,” “Grow by Indi,” “Our Creation,” and “Grow with Us.”
The presence of unapproved pesticides in these products violates New York cannabis regulations under 9 NYCRR §123.6(h), warranting this recall under 9 NYCRR §133.4. OCM emphasizes that this recall is a precautionary measure; there have been no reported adverse health effects linked to these items thus far. An investigation into the issue remains ongoing.
Consumers who purchased any of the recalled products are advised to return them to the dispensary where they were bought, even if the products have been opened.
