A new medical cannabis dispensary, NewLeaf, has opened its doors in Triadelphia, West Virginia, marking its sixth location in the state. The grand opening was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Highlands shopping complex.
NewLeaf aims to provide alternative solutions for patients seeking relief from various medical conditions. Their product range includes cannabis flowers, oils, and tablets, designed to help alleviate symptoms such as pain, insomnia, and other discomforts. Store manager Michelle Goins expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity to educate patients on the uses of their cannabis products and assist them with the process of obtaining a medical card.
Goins stated, “What I’m most excited about is helping people understand why we’re here and the benefits we can provide them.” She encourages potential customers to bring their identification and medical cards when visiting the dispensary, as these are required for purchases.
Gregory Kennedy, the owner of NewLeaf, emphasized the importance of understanding the medical cannabis process. He noted that cannabis can effectively address a variety of health issues when patients consult with their doctors regarding treatment options.
NewLeaf is open to customers from Monday to Saturday, operating hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, and on Sundays from 12 PM to 4 PM. This new location aims not only to offer products but also to foster an informative environment for patients exploring medical cannabis as a treatment option.
