Amplify, a marijuana dispensary group based in Ohio, is set to open a new location in Painesville Township later this year. The company plans to establish a dual-use dispensary that will serve both medical and recreational cannabis customers.
The new dispensary will be located at 2150 Mentor Ave., adjacent to a soon-to-open Popeyes restaurant. Amplify Retail Director AJ Caraballo mentioned that they aim to launch the store by late September 2025.
This expansion reflects the growing cannabis market in Ohio, where both medical and recreational use has gained significant traction. Amplify’s new location is expected to meet the increasing demand from local consumers seeking legal access to marijuana products.
